Our main service delivery is based on working directly and discretely with shareholders looking to exit or divest a company to a strategic or private equity acquirer. We deliver the A to Z of an M&A process from researching the international market place for potential buyers, securing competitive bids, to concluding the transaction

BCMS Match

BCMS Switzerland is known for its deep market intelligence, particularly in relation to the Swiss market. As a result of having our fingers on the M&A pulse we also work with selected international private equity firms assisting them to identify and approach suitable acquisition targets in Switzerland or elsewhere. This service is based on our teams extensive knowledge of "lower mid-market" and "mid-market" companies that are operating in the Swiss market. Such opportunities are often off-market albeit with an openness to sell.

BCMS Collab

BCMS Switzerland also works selectively & collaboratively with other M&A providers on a wide range of special projects such as assisting them to sell their own clients. This can involve research and market approach, or simply making a discrete introduction to a relevant acquirer or seller.
