AD provides a platform to further expand the product offering and presence in key programming to provide AD and Silca/Ilco customers with the most comprehensive offering of automotive key replacement solutions available from one source.

The acquirer Swiss/German group Kaba (DOKA SWX) is the world leader for aftermarket vehicle keys, key replacement and marine diagnostic equipment specifically developed for automotive locksmiths, auto technicians and marine watercraft engineers. Thanks to its subsidiaries: Advanced Diagnostics, Silca (Italy) and Ilco (U.S.A.) Kaba offers an extensive portfolio of automotive solutions ranging from vehicle keys up to programming devices.
